You must demonstrate proof of presence in the United States before December 31, 2014, along with proof of continuous residence since December 31, 2014 (a minimum of at least five years). You also must demonstrate proof of employment during this time.
Other requirements include $2,000 paid in back taxes and fines, a proficiency in English, and passing a criminal background check.
